Jim's Light and Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

I didn't know that my kid could cook. I guess he's been making these scrambled eggs for many years but he's never shared them with me. Hey, I guess this is another plus to having surgery, because he actually cooked for me. I have to say these were the best scrambled eggs I've ever had!
